  • Small fish 250 gram
  • Potato cube/slice ½ cup
  • Onion slice 1 ½ cup
  • Cumin seed paste 1 tea spoon
  • Turmeric paste 1 tea spoon
  • Red chili paste 1 tea spoon
  • Green chili 5-6 pieces
  • Salt to taste
  • Mustard oil 6 tea spoon
  • Ginger paste
  • Oil
  • Tomato, coriander leaves (additional)
  • You can add other spices to make it more tasty
Methods/steps
  1. Wash the fish properly and mix with all ingredients properly marinate for 1 ½ hours.
  2. Take the pan pour little water with the marinated fish. Give some oil. When the fishes are properly boiled, put some tomato slices and coriander leaves and boil for 1-3 minutes more.
  3. Serve it with steam rice.

Keep the fire medium of the burner
