  • Rice powder 2 cup
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Egg 1 piece
  • Water
  • Salt
  • Oil (to fry)
Methods/steps
  1. Mix rice powder, sugar, egg, salt altogether with water (approximately 1 cup) to make curd.
  2. Bitter the curd very well.
  3. Put the pan on the burner and pour sufficient oil.
  4. When the oil is hot enough, take a big spoon of the curd and fell in the hot oil.
  5. When it becomes bit light cream color take out from the oil and serve it in hot condition.
Additional Tips
Additional suger,flavour etc can make it more delicious.
