- Eggs 4
- Milk 2 tea cups
- Sugar 1 tea cup
- Vanilla Essence 1/2 tsp
Methods/steps
- Boil the milk and keep aside to cool down.
- Beat the eggs very well.
- Take a baking dish and add 1 spoon of water and sprinkle ½ spoon of sugar and allow it to heat on the stove until it burns and forms into a brown thin layer.
- Add the milk and sugar into the baking dish and stir well so that the sugar dissolves in the milk.
- Add the beaten eggs to this mixture and stir well.
- Add vanilla essence and stir again.
- Bake this mixture for about 40 minutes.
- The pudding should be served cold and it is sufficient for four persons.
