- 500 grams Meat (lamb or goat)
- 0.5 inch Ginger
- 6 Cloves Garlic
- 5 Red Chili Powder
- 0.5 Tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 Tsp Coriander Seeds
- 1 Large Onion
- 0.5 Tsp Cumin Seeds
- 3 Cardamom
- 1 inch piece Cinnamon
- 6 Cloves
- To taste Salt
- 0.5 Cup Yogurt
- As reqd. Butter
Methods/steps
- Cut the meat into small cubes.
- Grind all the ingredients from ginger to yogurt and marinate the meat in the mixture for about an hour.
- Stick the meat onto skewers and grill on charcoal fired grill basting with butter and turning till done. This can also be done in a conventional oven.
- Serve hot garnished with sliced onions.
