  • Potato (small cubes) 1 cup
  • Carrot (small cubes) 1 cup
  • Papaya (small cubes) 1 cup
  • Bean (small piece) 1 cup
  • Onion slice 1 cup
  • Boiled noodles 1 cup
  • Boiled egg slice 1 cup
  • Flour 2 cup
  • Green chili slices 1 tea spoon.
  • Oil 4 table spoon
  • Salt 1 tea spoon
  • Black pepper powder ½ tea spoon
  • Bitted egg as required.
Methods/steps
  1. Take a fry pan and pour 2 table spoon oil. Add onion slice, boiled potato, carrot, papaya, bean, noodles, black pepper, green chili. Cook until boiled properly. Add the egg slice and cook 2-3 minutes more.
  2. Make some bread (round shape) by 2 table spoon oil, flour, salt and water.
  3. Now put some cooked vegetables on bread and brush some bitted egg around the bread. This will help to stick the corner. Wrap the bread make a shape like blooming flower.
  4. Take the flowers of vegetables and sink in the bitted egg and fry in oil. Oil should be sufficient so that the flowers sink in it.
  5. Serve the vegetable flower with tomato or chili sauce.
