  • Basmati rice 2 cups
  • Frozen vegetables 2 cups
  • Red chilly flakes 1tsp
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Spring onions 1/2 cup(chopped)
  • Soya sauce 1tbsp
  • Egg 2
  • Ajinomoto 1tsp
  • Salt & Pepper as required
Methods/steps
  1. Cook the rice separately in a pan such that the grains don’t stick to each other.
  2. Add pinch of salt and 1 spoon of oil while cooking the rice.
  3. Allow it to cool and keep it aside.
  4. Now, take a non stick pan and heat the olive oil.
  5. Add the finely minced garlic and fry it. It adds more flavor to the rice.
  6. Add red chilly flakes and fry it. Add the frozen vegetables and sauté it .
  7. Add the spring onions and fry it.
  8. Now add pepper, salt and Ajinomoto.
  9. Add soya sauce and stir it well. Now add the cooked rice and mix it well.
  10. Scramble the egg separately and add to the rice.
