Description
It is a favorite dish of Chittagong(Bangladesh).
Ingredients
- Bean seed ½ kg
- Rupchanda Shutki (Dry fish) 12 Pieces
- Soal Fish (Magur Mach) 8 Pieces
- Tomato 3
- Bringal 1 (big)
- Onion Paste ½ cup
- Green chili paste 3 table spoon
- Turmeric powder 1 tea spoon
- Oil 4 table spoon
- Water 2 cup
- Salt as required
- Coriander leaf ½ cup
Methods/steps
- Take a bowl and mix all ingredients properly except water, coriander leaf and tomato.
- Cook the mixture with 2 cup of water in a pan for 15 minutes.
- Add tomato slices and again cook it for another 5 minutes
- After becoming sticky/thick add coriander leaf (chopped fine) and serve.
