  • Bean seed ½ kg
  • Rupchanda Shutki (Dry fish) 12 Pieces
  • Soal Fish (Magur Mach) 8 Pieces
  • Tomato 3
  • Bringal 1 (big)
  • Onion Paste ½ cup
  • Green chili paste 3 table spoon
  • Turmeric powder 1 tea spoon
  • Oil 4 table spoon
  • Water 2 cup
  • Salt as required
  • Coriander leaf ½ cup
Methods/steps
  1. Take a bowl and mix all ingredients properly except water, coriander leaf and tomato.
  2. Cook the mixture with 2 cup of water in a pan for 15 minutes.
  3. Add tomato slices and again cook it for another 5 minutes
  4. After becoming sticky/thick add coriander leaf (chopped fine) and serve.
