  • ½ papaya, cubed
  • ½ fresh pineapple, peeled and cubed
  • 2 kiwi fruit, peeled and cubed
  • 1 ½ sliced banana
  • ¾ orange sections
  • 1 tsp minced, fresh ginger
  • 2 Tbsp orange juice
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • salt
Methods/steps
  1. Mix the fruit in a bowl with salt as per taste.
  2. Squash the ginger into the orange juice.
  3. Shake over the fruit with the orange juice. Add sugar if needed.
Additional Tips
Additional fruit can be added like Mango, apple, orange etc.
