- Mashed potatoes 1 cup
- Onion (finely chopped) ½ cup
- Coriander (finely chopped) ¼ cup
- Green peas (boiled) ½ cup
- Green chilies (finely chopped) 2
- Few drops of lemon juice
- Salt, red chilly powder, black pepper to taste
- Corn flour 1 cup/ Toast biscuit powder
Methods/steps
- Mix all ingredients (mashed potatoes, onion, coriander, green pea, green chili, lemon juice, salt, red chili powder, black pepper) except the corn flour in a bowl.
- Make small patties and wrap with the corn flour or toast biscuit powder.
- Now fry them in oil till the patties turn light brown in color.
