  • Eggs 4
  • Milk 2 tea cups
  • Sugar 1 tea cup
  • Vanilla Essence 1/2 tsp
Methods/steps
  1. Boil the milk and keep aside to cool down.
  2. Beat the eggs very well.
  3. Take a baking dish and add 1 spoon of water and sprinkle ½ spoon of sugar and allow it to heat on the stove until it burns and forms into a brown thin layer.
  4. Add the milk and sugar into the baking dish and stir well so that the sugar dissolves in the milk.
  5. Add the beaten eggs to this mixture and stir well.
  6. Add vanilla essence and stir again.
  7. Bake this mixture for about 40 minutes.
  8. The pudding should be served cold and it is sufficient for four persons.
