Lobster/ shrimp 6 pcs
Lettuce
Capsicum/green papper 1 pcs
Tomato 1 pcs
Curd 2 table spoon
Lemon sauce 1 tsp
Honey 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Sugar as per taste
Chili powder ½ tsp
Cassia leaf as required.
Methods/steps
Boil the lobster with water, chili powder cassia leaf and salt.
Cut the lobster (or if shrimp no need to cut) into small pieces.
Make syrup with curd, lemon sauce, sugar, honey, and salt.
Mix the lobster pieces with the syrup and serve.
