Marinate the chicken with sour curd, garlic paste, ginger paste, coriander paste, cumin seed paste, chili paste, black pepper, cardamom, salt for 1 hour.
Give oil or ghee in the fry pan and fry onion and tomato slice up to 15 minutes
Give marinating chicken in the pan and cover.
Cook the chicken for 20 minutes and then bring down the pan from the burner.
Heat a piece of coal till it becomes red in color.
Take the coal into a foil paper of a stain less sill cup put it in the middle of the bowl where you put the cooked chicken.
Pour 2 tea spoon of pure ghee on the coal slowly.
You will see smoke of nice smell of coal + ghee.
Cover the cooked chicken with the coal along with for few minutes.
Few minutes later un-cover it and serve with paratha/bread.
