  • Mola fish 200 gm
  • Flour 4 tea spoon
  • Corn flour 50 gm
  • Egg (only yolk) 1
  • Chili powder 1 tea spoon
  • Salt
  • Water 1 table spoon or as required
  • Oil
Methods/steps
  1. Take the fish without head, chili powder, salt, flour, corn flour, water, yolk and mix them properly.
  2. Make slightly flat like shape ball with this mixture.
  3. Fry the balls in sinking oil.
  4. After becoming brown serve the peyaju of small fish.
Additional Tips
You can make Fish payaju with different fish for different test experiences.
