Fish peyaju very tasty, delicious.

Mola fish 200 gm
Flour 4 tea spoon
Corn flour 50 gm
Egg (only yolk) 1
Chili powder 1 tea spoon
Salt
Water 1 table spoon or as required
Oil
Methods/steps
Take the fish without head, chili powder, salt, flour, corn flour, water, yolk and mix them properly.
Make slightly flat like shape ball with this mixture.
Fry the balls in sinking oil.
After becoming brown serve the peyaju of small fish.
Additional Tips
You can make Fish payaju with different fish for different test experiences.
