Description Potato vaji very common recipe at Bangladesh, most of the people try this food.

  • Potato: 3 piece
  • Ghee
  • Sugar
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Black cumin
Methods/steps
  1. 1. Wash the potatoes (2) and cut into cubes
  2. 2. Stir the potatoes in approximately 2 teaspoons of ghee and 2.5 teaspoons of black cumin.
  3. 3. Stir until translucent, and then add a large pinch of sugar and some salt.
  4. 4. Cook the potatoes for almost 15-20 minutes. The larger cubes might be still a little uncooked at this point. Sprinkle a little water to prevent too much sticking and burning, and cook for another 10 minutes more.
  5. 5. Serve it.
Additional Tips
Additional vegetable can be mix to get experience.
