If u ever taste Hilsha then u will never forgot its taste. Its that delicious. Thats why Hilsha is faroved most in Calcutta and Bangladesh.

• Hilsha fish
• Turmeric
• Salt
• Soya bean oil
• Green chili
Methods/steps
1. Wash and clean the Fish properly.
2. Cut the fish into 6 pieces.
3. Add salt and turmeric to the fish.
4. Keep it aside for few minutes.
5. Heat Oil in a frying pan, and then add the fish slowly into the oil.
6. Fry the fish in medium heat till the fish turns golden brown.
7. Serve it.
